Moll FlexCut 508 Digital Rotary Die Cutter System

The Moll FlexCut 508 Digital Rotary Die Cutter creates a distinct position in the Presentation, Label, Mail, Printing and Packaging Markets for sheet-fed applications. Creasing, cutting and kiss/cut-score products in an infinite number of shapes and sizes with substrate thicknesses up to 24pt paperboard is finished with ease. It is ideal for finishing boxes, cartons, labels, pocket folders and other types of packaging. This is our standard machine that is magnetic/magnetic cylinders.

This 20”by 20” is a breakthrough in rotary die cutting for the commercial and packaging print industries. Through our patented technology we can raise and lower the bottom cylinder with our Micro Gap Technology allowing for changes in paper thickness. Through our patented design we have “ZERO” deflection and never have to stagger cuts to get a through cut. All 100% nickless finishing.
